After a member registers their account on the Member’s App, they will be prompted to install the app on their phone’s Home Screen.

iPhone Example

This is what installing the Member’s App will look like for members that use an iPhone.

When the member logs into the Member’s App they will see a banner directly under their avatar and name asking them to install the app. They will click the green Install button.

Next, they will be prompted with this message.


Members can also tap their avatar. A menu will show and they will tap Install App.

Next, they will scroll to Add To Home Screen.

After that, they will click on Add.


Android Example

This is what installing the Member’s App will look like for members that use an Android phone.

When the member logs into the Member’s App they will see a banner directly under their avatar and name asking them to install the app. They will click the green Install button.

Their phone will notify them that the app was installed.


Members can also tap their avatar and click Install App.

Another option members have is accessing the menu in the web browser.

They will select Install app.

A pop up will ask them to confirm. They will click Install to continue.
